Welcome!

I’d like to introduce myself—my name is Doug Luffman, and I’m the owner and president of Master’s Touch Plumbing.

Whether it involves building with wood or turning wrenches on cars, I’ve always enjoyed working with my hands. Growing up, I enjoyed helping my dad fix things around the house—so I guess it’s no surprise that I ended up in the plumbing business.

I started out in the trade by working under a skilled master plumber. After gaining a few years of experience, I passed the Block Licensed Master Plumber test. Soon after that, I founded Master’s Touch Plumbing.

Over the years, I have enjoyed designing and building both of my personal homes. Having an insider's perspective on how homes are constructed has served me well in my trade.

At the end of the day, there’s something satisfying about stepping back and seeing what you’ve accomplished. Over and above that, I have always enjoyed working with people and helping them solve their plumbing problems.

I like to say that here at MTC, we’re not just building a business; we’re also building relationships. We strive to provide you with top-notch service at affordable, competitive prices. After 35 years in the business, we’re still going strong thanks to the customers who place their trust in us—and we don’t take that trust for granted.
